Social media pause

I am back today after taking a social media mini vacation over the weekend-lol. I just wanted to share the thought process for me.

I love creating content and connecting with my community. It’s such a great space to learn and support each other.

I noticed last week that my usual rituals of self care were still leaving me with feeling fatigued and I started to experience a more sustained low mood.

We all need a break sometimes. Managing my workload and creating more realistic expectations of how I will create and connect
is what I plan to do going forward. I definitely plan to have more regular ‘off - line” days to support my well-being.

I highly recommend pausing and asking yourself, do you need a break? If you do, take it. You are worth it! Best wishes, Mary.
