Executive Feedback - half day workshop |

As a consultant or coach, there is a
need to provide executives with meaningful and specific leadership
feedback. Many organisations rely on general 360 degree survey
feedback that lack specific examples which are critical for
behaviour and or process change.
This workshop will outline approaches that will provide clients
with specific, confidential leadership feedback as well as
information and examples taken from conducting on site meeting
observations.
Led by two experienced corporate coaches who have used these
approaches successfully with a wide range of clients, the workshop
will address:
• The importance of feedback
• Getting agreement on feedback processes
• How to set up feedback
• 1:1 feedback interviews
• Meeting dynamics – process observation
• Body language and questions to ask
• Spacing feedback and the importance of follow up
