Mary has extensive experience
in leadership and organisational development. As an expert
coach and facilitator, specialising in individual and group
coaching, Mary has delivered leadership and group development
programs for over 400 Senior Executives, Senior / Middle Managers,
Supervisors and Team Leaders in Manufacturing, Finance and Banking,
Marketing and Sales, Distribution, Local Government, Product/
Business Development and Call Centre Clients.
Her approach is based on
proven psychological tools and practical industry experience, to
assess development needs, identify goals and facilitate solutions.
Mary has extensive expertise in coaching for improved Coaching
Capability, Emotional Intelligence, Leadership Performance and
Resilience, Team Performance and managing Work Life
Balance.
Mary has gained considerable
Human Resources line management experience, covering learning &
development, organisational / personnel planning and employee
relations for 14 years in the manufacturing sector. Her
achievements include supporting Ford Australia to achieve the ACCI
Work and Family Awards and BF Goodrich Chemical in achieving its
Training Employer of the Year award.
Her work in delivering a
group coaching program for 81 managers within National Australia
Bank has been published in the book: "Releasing the Potential of
Managers – Australian Coaching", Deakin Prime
